Facial Grading System: Physical and Psychological Impairments to Be Considered

摘要： In the past half century, more than twenty facial grading systems have been developed to assess the facial nerve function after the onset of facial nerve paralysis and during rehabilitation. Patients' selfevaluation on disability caused by facial paralysis and its impact on quality of life are also useful information in planning treatment strategies and defining outcomes.
