Stable Production and Yield Increase of Early Rice in Taishan and Analysis of Meteorological Factors During the Pre-Season Rainy Season
Abstract:In order to do a good job in agricultural meteorological services, this study used early rice yield data from the Taishan Agricultural Meteorological Observation Station from 2010 to 2022 (excluding 2014) and daily meteorological data. Using regression analysis, it explored the correlation between yield and meteorological factors, analyzed the main growth stages of early rice, and through the dynamic tillering period, heading and flowering period, and grain filling and maturation period, selected the main meteorological factors affecting rice yield. The results showed that low temperature and insufficient light have a negative impact on the dynamic tillering of early rice. If continuous heavy rainfall occurs during the heading and flowering period, it will seriously affect rice yield. During the grain filling and maturation period, sufficient sunlight and moderate rainfall are conducive to the process of grain filling. In the planting process, the suitable sowing period should be predicted and determined according to changes in meteorological factors, and try to avoid adverse meteorological factors that may affect yield during each stage, so as to achieve the purpose of stable production and yield increase.
