The examing of protection of client＇s listas trade secrets- from the visual angle of the law of the United States
Abstract：The trade secret protection of the client list is a hot and difficult problem in China＇ s judicial practice in recent years. The client list is difficult to handle in a class of intellectual property cases due to its own characteristics. The United States has one of the world＇ s most advanced trade secret law system, and its protection of client list is also exquisite. This essay tries to sum up a number of criteria on examing whether a client list belongs to trade secrets,by analysing a client list＇ s connotation and extension, combined with many classic cases of trade secret in order to optimize our client list protection.
