Control Effect of Different Concentrations of 25% Multicid- Chlorantraniliprole Suspension on the Rice Leaf Roller
Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the control effect of different doses of 25% multicid-chlorantraniliprole suspension on rice leaf roller in the early hatching stage of eggs in Songzi City. The results showed that compared with the control 5% emamectin benzoate emulsifiable concentrate, after applying different concentrations of the pesticide, the leaf rolling rate decreased by 12.81% to 27.59%, the leaf protection effect was 13.5% to 28.44%, the larval mortality rate was 5.03% to 38.94%, and the pest population control effect reached 73.79% to 87.08% after 7 days. After 14 days, the leaf rolling rate decreased by 34.66% to 51.17%, the leaf protection effect reached 32.84% to 46.01%, the larval mortality rate was 5.34% to 36.74%, and the pest population control effect reached 63.59% to 85.52%. Among them, the treatment with 225 mL/hm² of 25% multicid-chlorantraniliprole suspension showed the best control effect. Considering factors such as pesticide reduction and efficiency enhancement, as well as the increasing resistance of rice leaf roller, it is recommended to use 25% multicid-chlorantraniliprole suspension at a dose of 225 mL per hectare, diluted with 650 L of water for foliar spraying during the early hatching stage of rice leaf roller in this area to effectively control the rice leaf roller.
