Exploration of Drug Resistance Analysis of Aeromonas hydrophila for Empirical Antimicrobial Therapy in Early Treatment of Naval Combat Injuries
Abstract:Combat injuries are comprehensive damages that destroy the integrity of tissues. In the special environment of naval warfare, casualties are often caused by burns and shrapnel injuries from bomb explosions. During combat, personnel may fall into water, especially during amphibious landing operations, making casualties highly likely to come into contact with seawater, thereby worsening the trauma and increasing the risk of infection [1]. Statistical data show that the infection rate among land combat casualties is high, and more than 60% of deaths occur due to severe infections in the later stages. In the seawater environment with low temperature, high salt content, and a large number of pathogenic microorganisms, casualties who fall into water face a higher risk of drowning and infection, leading to a much higher mortality rate compared to land combat injuries [2].
