X-ray fluorescence spectrometer application in coal ash component detection

Abstract：From aspects such as instruments and reagents, instrument measurement conditions, ash sample preparation and analysis, drawing of working curve, precision test, accuracy test, coal ash component detection using X - ray fluorescence spectrometer were introduced, it was indicated that using X - ray fluorescence spectrometer to do the coal ash component detection, the efficiency could be enhanced, and the data could be reported rapidly in the production process, the precision and accuracy could meet the requirements of national standard.
