Process parameters of oversize no pressure feeding three products heavy medium cyclone in coal preparation plant of Hexi coal mine

Abstract：From aspects such as possible bias, the number efficiency, the ash error and total misplaced material content, the process and performance evaluation of 3GHMC1 500/1 100A no pressure feeding three products heavy medium cyclone were done, meanwhile, the process parameters when the cyclone were used in Hexi coal mine coal preparation plant were introduced as well, possible bias of the first and second stage might be 0.023 kg/L and 0.027 kg/L, the number efficiency was 99.12%, the ash error was 0.12%, the total misplaced material content of the first and second stage was 0.71% and 0.78% respectively.
