Feasibility analysis of semi-water gas production using briquette made from high sulfur low ash coal in UGI furnace

Abstract：The current status of briquette to gas was demonstrated,how the high sulfur low ash briquette affected the gasification system was analyzed in this paper as well,meanwhile,regarding to the specific example,the feasibility analysis of using high sulfur low ash fine coal(for making briquette)to make gas in UGI furnace was done,it was suggested that under the condition of ensuring relatively high system load and enough spare gas making furnace,the semi stripping device capacity should be considered,and the reasonable amount of high sulfur type gas making furnace should be arranged.
