Industry application of gasification coal water mixture concentrage technology by grade grinding

Abstract：This paper briefly introduced the technology of grade grinding gasification coal water mixture concentrage,combining with the additional equipment and equipment deployment,the practical application in project of coal water mixture concentrage technology was discussed,the spot check and profit analysis of coal water mixture concentrage technology were done from aspects such as coal water mixture indicators and main gasification indicators.Analysis results showed that by using the gasification coal water mixture concentrage by grinding stage technology,the concentration of Shenhua coal could be increased from 59.59% to 62.82%.Compared with single mill pulping technology,3.23% of coal slurry concentration could be increased,rheology, stability and atomization performance could all be significantly improved;after the increase of concentration of coal water mixture, gasification furnace coal consumption could be reduced by 14.5 kg/kNm3 ,oxygen consumption could be reduced by 16.1 Nm3/kNm3 ,effective synthesis gas proportion could be increased by 2.59%,the effective gas yield could be increased by 5914 Nm3/h,urea production could be improved to 41.8 thousand t/a.
