Working principle and failure analysis of LECO S-144DR sulfur meter

Abstract：Working principle, instrument composition, working process and instrument calibration of S-144DR sulfur meter were introduced in this paper.From aspects such as infrared pool voltage, flow of analysis gas, water absorption degree of perchlorate, sample quantity and furnace temperature, etc., the factors which affected the determination results and attentions in the process of using were expounded, moreover, from aspects like abnormal drying tube, instability of infrared pool reference voltage and abnormal temperature rising of instrument, etc., the judgment and processing of instrument fault were explored.
