Research on coal grinding characteristics and size characteristics of Shenhua injection coal

Abstract：Through the different duration coal grinding experiments for two kinds of size of Shenhua injection coal (<6mm and <13mm respectively) using ball crusher, the size test was done using vibrating screen machine.The experiment result showed that: different size of raw coal had different coal grinding characteristics, improving the size of raw coal could reduce the degree of fineness of coal grinding.At the initial of coal grinding, the grinding degree and degree of fineness was substantially offset, the degree of fineness did not change a lot; when the grinding degree reached above 90%, the degree of fineness of coal powder which was smaller than 1 mm showed an increasing tendency.
