Abstract：Regarding to the coal quality management of Huai mine west company, the technology approach and management thinking to realize quality and efficiency improvement were discussed, it was indicated that we should make the market be the guide to choose the right coal products, and use the coal preparation to produce the stable and high quality products.Moreover, the basic coal quality management should be enhanced, the production structure should be optimized, the self-dependent innovation and coal quality technology reserve should be enhanced as well, therefore, the coal products quality could be improved, the economic profits could be increased as well.
