Discussion on management of low-rank coal storage in power plants

Abstract：The storage experimental research for lignite used for burning in power plant in Yunnan was done, combining with the monitoring circumstance of temperature increasing of coal dump, the primary analysis of storage loss of lignite was done, the control measurements of restraining coal dump self-ignition was proposed, it was also indicated that methods such as enhancing the coal dump temperature monitoring and compacting coal dump hierarchically could all prevent the self-ignition.
