Abstract：Combining with status and training effect analysis of coal sampling and sample preparation stuff of thermal power plant, from aspects such as training requirement analysis, multi -level training, organization work of training, conversion of enterprise training concept, scientific training process, clear and definite training content, training technology and method enriching, how to increase the sampling and sample preparation training effect for thermal power plant was discussed, meanwhile, the follow-up work and awarding measures were also focused.
