Attentions in measuring the coal calorific value

Abstract：Notices in measuring the coal calorific value which needs attention in aspects such as gas tightness inspection of oxygen bomb, calibration of heat capacity, agitator failure or uneven mixing speed and calibration of calorimeter before the determination were discussed in this paper.Corresponding measures such as paper package, adding benzoic acid or doing cake of press were adopted when measuring the calorific value of unburnable coal, low calorific value coal and high volatile coal.
