Discussion on developing strategy of Chinese energy resources

Abstract：Because that our country is in the period of strategic opportunities of promoting energy resources production and consumption revolution, this paper analyzed the energy developing status and problems which need to be resolved, the energy developing suggestions of “environment priority, practice thrift and efficiency increasing, green and low-carbon, innovation and self-sufficiency and multielement mixture” were proposed, moreover, the environment priority concept is needed for promoting Chinese energy developing strategy transformation.
