New research progress on the alkali metal catalytic gasification of coal

Abstract：In order to understand the development situation of the alkali metal catalytic coal gasification,the latest findings in this field were reviewed in this paper. The research included the mechanism of the alkali metal catalytic gasification, how the doping method and doping ratio of composite catalyst affected the activity of catalytic coal gasification,and the interrelationship of CO2 and H2 O in Co gasification process and so on,moreover,the activities of different alkali metal catalysts were compared,it was indicated that the current research on alkali metal catalytic coal gasification was mainly about developing the composite catalyst with higher activity and lower cost, in order to realize the industrialization of catalytic gasification, making the alkali metal catalytic gasification feasible in economy was the most difficult part.
