Research on using coking naphthalene oil to do the preparation of efficient gasification coal water mixture additive

Abstract：In order to broaden the sources of synthetic raw materials and improve the cost performance,we used the coking naphthalene oil fraction as the main raw material,and designed and synthetized a type of efficient gasification coal water mixture additive.Using single factor method, the main synthesis parameters like sulfonation temperature, sulfonation time, condensation temperature and condensation time were researched, through the slurry ability experiment, the optimal synthesis conditions could be determined, and the comparison with naphthalene efficient coal water mixture additive was done,the feasibility and advantages of using naphthalene oil in synthesis of efficient gasification coal water mixture additive were discussed.The results showed that: the synthesis should be carried on when the sulfonation temperature was 160 ℃, the sulfonation time was 2. 5 h,the condensation temperature was 105 ℃,and the condensation time was 5h, the dispersion performance was equal to the naphthalene additive, and the cost was reduced, so that the synthetized naphthalene oil efficient gasification coal water mixture additive had the obvious value for market application.
