The feasibility research on cleaning of coarse slime in Dawukou coal preparation plant

Abstract：Regarding to the existing problems in production system of Dawukou coal preparation plant,the quality and wash ability analysis of raw coal for washing whose size was under 1mm was done,and according to its wash ability,the simulating research on coarse slime cleaning equipment was done, and the cleaning effect of optimal flow rate of interfering bed was discussed.The research results showed that:for the coarse slime in size of 1 mm~ - 0.5 mm,adopting flow rate of 12. 5LPM could let us obtain the excellent cleaning effects;when we ensuring that the clean coal ash content was equal to or less than 11.5%,the clean coal yield could reach 73.14%.
