Abstract：This paper introduced the general circumstances and existing problems before technological transformation of Wangfenggang coal preparation plant, and discussed the corresponding solutions of transformation of magnetic preparation of tailings from middings and refuse.After the transformation of magnetic preparation of tailings from middings and refuse of Wangfenggang coal preparation plant,the calorific value of coal was improved obviously,the market requirements could be met and the social benefits and economic benefits could be improved dramatically.
