Abstract:Microwave digestion method was used to do the pretreatment of coal samples, and hydride generation cold atomic absorption spectrometry was used as well to determine the mercury of coal sample, this paper discussed the difference of experimental procedures, sample treatment method and mercury vapor generation way between microwave digestion, hydride generation cold atomic absorption spectrometry and standard method, the results of these two methods were compared. The results showed that, using the microwave digestion, hydride generation cold atomic absorption spectrometry, the relative standard deviation of standard sample was 2.1 1%, the determination results were equal to the standard values; the microwave digestion, hydride generation cold atomic absorption spectrometry has utilization reliability and substitutability for standard method.
