Application of Excel table in the management of coal quality analysis

Abstract：According to rounding rules and tolerance limit combined with practical test data of coal quality, the application of the Excel in daily coal quality analysis data operation including coal ash, total moisture, and other items was introduced in order to ensure the precision and accuracy. It is indicated that the function of existing formula in special coal quality excel tablecan meet the national standard of coal quality analysisdigital rounding rule, and the number of computing can be automatically selected.The conditional format of the spreadsheet cell can be implemented to remind out-of-tolerance and satisfy the allowed difference between the different data range of the project.
