Application of the elastic-rod screenplate at Haerwusu coal preparation plant

Abstract：The optimization of coal products mix of Zhungeer Energy Company was analyzed, and characteristics of existing fine screening equipment were introduced. According to the characteristics of dense medium shallow channel technology at Haerwusu coal preparation plant, with the introduction of elastic-rod screenplate, the product mix change of 10 million ton shallow channel system was compared from aspects as feeding rate of washing, yield of clean coal, rate of discharging refuse, slime content, the calorific value of fine coal and product. The application of the elastic-rod screenplate in 10 million ton shallow channel system was analyzed, it is indicated that after several tests through reducing lower limit of washing product mix could be optimized, the calorific value of commercial coal and coal sales would be increased.
