The practice of decrease of reagent consumption in Tucheng mine preparation plant

Abstract：The problems of coal slime water treatment system in Tucheng Mine Preparation Plant were discussed, the reasons were analysised form water supplement of flocculant mixing device, additive method of coagulant, and water pressure of belt type filter press.The solutions on the water supply system of flocculant mixing device and the method of adding coagulant were proposed in order to reduce the consumption of coal slime water treatment agent effectively.
