Abstract：The handling way of rejected sample of unattended full-automatic combined sampling machine designed according to the technical requirements and “The preparation method of coal sample” (GB/T 474—2008 ) was introduced in this paper.The common problems of this handling way were discussed.It is proposed to introduce pneumatic conveying in handling process design.The theory design of pneumatic conveying and computation process including pipeline pressure loss, horizontal tube resistance and vertical tube resistance etc.were also described.It was summarized the advantages and problems should be paid attention to in specific design, implementation application and maintenance.
