Experimental research on determination of CHN elements in coal

Abstract：This paper analyzed the working principle and experimental procedures of CHN elements analyzer, the sample treatment and calibration curve correction in high-temperature combustion infrared thermal conductivity method was discussed, combining with the CHN reference values and uncertainty of standard coal, the experimental data of standard coal was analyzed, the precision and accuracy of testing data was examined. The results showed that: precision and accuracy of instrument measurement could all meet the quality control requirements, and some items like weight control of sample, the stability of blank value and check of gas tightness in the experimental process should be noticed.
