Analysis of influencing factors of high temperature combustion hydrolysis process in the determination of fluorine in coal
LIU Zhen-de
Abstract:Using the orthogonal test design, choosing four influencing factors ( hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time, oxygen flux, coal sample quality) in high temperature combustion hydrolysis process, whether they affected the correct determination of fluorine in coal was researched and analyzed. The results showed that, under the selected test conditions, hydrolysis temperature made the biggest effect on the determination result of fluorine in coal (approximately 43.06%), hydrolysis time, coal sample weight accounted for 2.1 5%、 10.42% respectively, the oxygen did not make any effect, so in the determination method of fluorine in coal, the influencing factors in high temperature combustion hydrolysis process were in this order:hydrolysis temperature > hydrolysis time > coal sample weight > oxygen flux. In high temperature combustion hydrolysis process, the hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time should be noticed, at the same time, the combustion temperature in high temperature hydrolysis furnace should be identified to make sure the accuracy and reliability of testing results.
