Analysis of coal quality control in Sun Zhuang Matou Coal Preparation Plant

Abstract：The measures to control clean coal quality in three-product dense medium process in Sun Zhuang Matou Coal Preparation Plant were discussed.Separation density automatic control system and centrifugal dehydrator were used to control the ash content and moisture of clean coal.The production process management was strengthened to ensure the cleaned coal quality, and formed an operation template of the clean coal quality control.
