Research development of machine learning in coking industry

Abstract：The research status of machine learning applied in the field of the coke quality prediction, coke oven gas production prediction and coordinated optimization control system for coking production was summarized and analyzed in this paper.And from control of heating combustion process and pipe pressure and scheduling of coke pushing operation, it was respectively discussed how to use the machine learning methods to realize automatic control.It was suggested that the theoretical achievement of machine learning should be verified and popularized in order to serve industry production better. A data system model of complete flow scheme which final obj ectives were product quality and production efficiency should be researched using machine learning theory.The application of machine learning to the traditional coking industry would enhance the level of intelligence and reduces the operational risk.
