The primary analysis of coal-oil co-processing interactions

Abstract：The utilization rate of reactor is improved due to the co-processing hydrogenated conversion of heavy oil and coal.Not all heavy oil is suitable for co-processing hydrogenation because of the close relationship between hydrogenation effect and the nature of both coal and heavy oil.Therefore, fitting coal and heavy oil of coal-oil co-processing was analyzed.In the meantime, it was also analyzed the interactions of coal-oil co-processing.The suitable material of coal-oil co-processing was low-rank coal with large total contents of vitrinite and liptinite, and heavy oil with high aromaticity.Coal could not only hydrocrack, but also removal metal, nonmetal and coke grains in the heavy oil.Heavy could hydrocrack as well, besides, act as the solvent of coal-oil co-processing.
