A brief discussion about scientific management in coal quality analysis

Abstract：In combination with the actual situation of coal quality analysis testing laboratory, scientific management was discussed from the aspects of personnel, equipment, test samples, data, external supervision and internal monitoring. It was suggested to do performance test of mechanical sampling and preparing equipment, using blind samples detection management and review the test data by different personnel.
