Feasibility analysis on inclusion of greenhouse gas emission into environmental impact assessment

Abstract：Combined with the greenhouse effect, definition of greenhouse gas and present situation of China's carbon dioxide emissions, the urgency to control greenhouse gas emissions was expounded, and the necessity and feasibility of inclusion of greenhouse gas emission into environmental impact assessment were analyzed. It was pointed out in the EIA process of proj ect, environmental impact analysis, prediction and assessment caused by greenhouse gas emissions should be included, and relevant laws and regulations would limit environmental impact assessment of greenhouse gas.
