Study on the deviation of total moisture contents in Shenhua coal by two kinds of particle size

Abstract：In this paper, 13mm and 6mm coal samples were used to compare the total moisture content for Shenhua coal. According to the range of the total moisture, the experiments results was statistically analyzed in sections to investigate whether there were systematic deviations between the two methods.The results showed that: using these two types of particles to do the total moisture determination, the determination results difference would not exceed 4% under 95% probability.There was no significant difference between the two methods, and they could be substituted for each other.
