The inspection summary of riffle performance acceptance

Abstract：In order to verify the consistency of reserved and rejected samples in division which all went through 3mm round holes screen, the performance acceptance of 5E-TRA9×46 riffle was inspected.Because that the riffle was widely used in coal sample preparation, and from aspects such as technological indicators and sample selection, it was indicated that the number of slots and the opening size of the riffle could meet the technological requirements, the precision and bias of division could also meet the basic requirements, meanwhile, formulating the specifications of riffle and technological requirements which had good operability was suggested.
