Abstract：This paper mainly elaborated the concept and economic analysis of coal thermal calorific value difference in thermal power plant, combined with the practice of power plant fuel management, acceptance management work of incoming coal and testing process of supervisor in mine should be valued, the third party testing calorific value should be taken as the accounts settling basis, the comparison tests between the mines should be done, so that the coal calorific value difference could be reduced.
