Discussion on problems in application of coal sampling international standards

Abstract：This paper analyzed several types of problems when the international standard ISO18283: 2006 were used for incoming coal artificial sampling, the solutions for serials problems like improving of time-based sampling method, and the determination of primary sample variance, number of subcontracts, number of subsamples were proposed, the Taizhou port incoming coal sampling was taken as the example to do the precision verification.The results showed that, when the expectation precision was 0.6%, the actual confidence limit of precision was [0.21 1, 0.527], which could meet the sampling requirements.
