Capability approval experiments of medium removal equipment in Jinda coal preparation plant

Abstract：Regarding to the clean coal product with a lot of medium, which led to the high medium consumption, this paper introduced that the unit processing capacity of clean coal medium removal screen could be adjusted through controlling the raw coal amount for washing in coal preparation plant, through testing the on-the-sieve product medium consumption and the medium consumption of dehydration product at different unit capabilities of clean coal medium removal equipment, using mathematical statistics method to analyze the mutual relations, the corresponding regression equation could be obtained, so that the reliable basis could be provided for selection of the equipment.
