Abstract：Regarding to problems in the coal preparation plant of Zhaolou coal mine like high clean coal rate of middings and gangue magnetic separation tail coal and TBS tail mine, coal slime separation process and equipment shortages which led to low ash clean coal loss, the coal slime centrifugal separator and high frequency classification screening recovery technology were used to do the clean coal recovery, the high ash fine mud and high ash coarse particles removal could be achieved, and the process flow was short.Integrated equipment had advantages like high processing capacity, high sorting efficiency, low energy consumption and good adaptability.
