Experimental study on the performance evaluation of intelligent coal sample preparation system

Abstract：Coal sample preparation is a necessary process for large quantities and large particle sizes of coal samples be reach to the analysis or test state by using specialized equipment.The good precision and acceptable bias of sample preparation equipment are representative preconditions for analyzing samples.Therefore,the performance evaluation experimental study of intelligent coal sample preparation system is helpful to ensure the representative of coal sample.The main structural composition and technical parameters of an intelligent coal sample preparation system was intro-duced.The sample preparation and precision verification,the bias test,statistical analysis and performance evalua-tion of the results were carried out according to relevant national standards.The results indicated that the standard de-viation of two consecutive groups of 10 pairs of duplicate samples was less than 1.75 V0PT,which indicated that the precision of the sample preparation system meets the standard requirements.Meanwhile,there was no bias detected for the sample preparation system,the confidence interval met the requirement of the acceptable range,and the sam-ple preparation system could be accepted as unbiased in the case of an acceptable range of dry ash content in-0.20%～0.20%.
