Observation on the Effect of N-butylphthalide Combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection in Patients with Cerebral Infarction during the Recovery Period
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of N-butylphthalide combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period. Methods: A total of 180 patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period admitted to Nanyang First People's Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (treated with N-butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection) and an observation group (treated with N-butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection). Each group had 90 cases. The neurological deficit degree, quality of life score, daily living ability score, and therapeutic efficacy of the two groups were analyzed before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the quality of life and daily living ability scores were higher. The total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (83.33%). All the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The effectiveness of the treatment with N-butylphthalide combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection is better, which can improve the neurological deficit and quality of life indicators of patients, enhance the therapeutic effect, and also improve the level of daily living ability.
