Efficacy of Xuesaitong Injection Combined with Naoxintong Capsules in the Treatment of Stroke Patients and Their Effects on Plasma S100β and NSE
Abstract：Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of Xuesaitong Injection combined with Naoxintong Capsules in patients with stroke. Methods: A total of 78 stroke patients admitted to Henan Provincial Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even number method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received Xuesaitong Injection combined with Naoxintong Capsules on top of the control group's treatment. The plasma indicators, clinical efficacy, and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the levels of plasma S100 calcium-binding protein (S100β) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in both groups were compared, and the observation group had lower levels than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (97.44%) was higher than that in the control group (76.92%), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (2.56%) was lower than that in the control group (20.51%), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Xuesaitong Injection combined with Naoxintong Capsules can effectively improve plasma indicators in stroke patients, enhance clinical efficacy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
