Exploration of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Approaches for Endometrial Repair After Medical Abortion in Missed Abortion Based on the 'Uterus-Blood Sea' Theory
Abstract:The incidence of missed abortion is increasing, and medical abortion has become the preferred treatment for most patients who wish to have children. However, some patients require surgical treatment due to incomplete abortion. Based on the 'Uterus-Blood Sea' theory, this article proposes a combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine drug sequential treatment plan, elaborating on the characteristics of the disease and syndrome, as well as the staged diagnostic and therapeutic approach for missed abortion after medical abortion, aiming to repair the endometrium, reduce the patient's surgical rate, and protect fertility.
