Literature analysis on the clinical characteristics of patients with abnormal acne in China

Abstract：Objective To analyse the clinical characteristics of of patients with abnormal acne in China.Methods By searching the database of the Chinese"acne inversa"periodical literatures, summarized the basic situation, clinical mani-festation, auxiliary examination, treatment methods and curative effect,the arrangement and analysis of the clinical features. Results 43 cases were collected from 34 Chinese articles,36 cases were male and female 7 cases.The primary age was 8-47 years old, 2-34 in the course of the disease.Dermopathy may involve multiple parts of the body in a variety of forms, and white blood cell count increased in 20 cases (46.5%), and 15 cases (34.9%) were increased in neutrophilic granulocyte count.Pathological examination showed that 19 cases of hair follicle lesions accompanied with inflammatory cell infiltration a-mong 21 cases.41 patients received treatment, 9 cases were cured (22.0%), and 32 cases (78.0%) were repeated.Con-clusion The clinical characteristics of age of onset, course of disease, diseased region, dermopathy type and result of auxilia-ry examination of Chinese cases is similar with foreign cases.The treatment of acne inverse is still controversial;it is worthy of further clinical research for Chinese physicians.
