Abstract:Objective To explore the multislice spiral CT performance of minimally invasive adenocarcinoma in order to im-prove diagnosis before operation .Methods We retrospectively analyzed the imaging features of 77 cases of MIA confirmed by histopathology, such as location, size ( maximum diameter & vertical diameter ), shape, density (average CT value), margin (lobulation, spicution), the internal characteristics (bubble lucencyr, air bronchogram) and adjacent structures (vascular con-vergence sign, pleural indentation). Results 77 cases, 52(67.53%) were occurred in the up lungs, the mean tumor size was (11.68 ±5.42) mm, 60 (77.9%) were round or oval, the average CT value was (-485.44 ±132.51) HU.According to the CT features of intralesional ground glass and solid component , Ⅱ and Ⅲ were more common, accounting for 90.9%(70/77). Conclusion MIA MSCT complex, when the maximum diameter of the lesions was greater than 1.0 cm, the average CT value in the (-485.44+132.51) HU, and a solid component, MIA should be considered.
