Clinical Research Progress on Exercise Therapy for Primary Hypertension
Abstract:Primary hypertension is very common in clinical practice and is a major cause of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, posing a significant threat to patients' health and life. At present, drug therapy is commonly used in the treatment of primary hypertension in clinical settings. However, drug therapy has disadvantages such as long treatment duration, many side effects, and large fluctuations in blood pressure levels after discontinuation. In recent years, non-pharmacological therapies such as exercise have been increasingly applied in the treatment of primary hypertension. This study reviews the clinical application of exercise therapy in the treatment of primary hypertension, focusing on its effects on blood pressure levels and mechanisms of action, aiming to provide a reference basis for the development of exercise therapy programs.
