A Case of Comprehensive Standardized Nutritional Management in a Patient with Advanced Gastric Cancer Combined with Pyloric Obstruction
Abstract：The incidence of malnutrition is high in patients with advanced gastric cancer combined with pyloric obstruction, and their quality of life is poor. In our clinical work, we encountered a patient with advanced gastric cancer combined with pyloric obstruction who received comprehensive standardized nutritional management, achieving relatively ideal therapeutic effects. Therefore, this article introduces the key points of nutritional management for this patient, including nutritional screening, assessment, diagnosis, parenteral and enteral nutrition therapy, and home nutritional management, as well as the methods and experiences of comprehensive standardized nutritional management for reference.
