The clinical analysis of 4 cases of retrograde type A aortic dissection in aortic dissection cavity was performed
Abstract：Objective To analyze the causes of retrograde a-type aortic dissection and provide reference for clinical prevention.Methods The clinical data of 234 patients with B aortic dissection treated by our hospital from January 2005 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 4 cases of retrograde type A aortic dissection,1 case died,1 case in March 2017 chest aorta replacement,2 cases were survival by conservative treatment,and regularly review,the current condition,no progress.Conclusion The injury of the aortic vascular endovascular disease,proximal anchoring area and the damage to the vascular wall of the stents of the scaffold head are the high risk factors of the retrograde type A aortic dissection,which deserves our attention.
