Research on the Construction Framework of County-level Spatiotemporal Big Data Platform
Abstract：The spatiotemporal big data platform is the carrier of unified information for smart cities, and the county-level platform is an important component. This article takes a national pilot project as an example to study the construction framework of the county-level spatiotemporal big data platform. The platform is based on multi-resolution real-world 3D coverage, building a spatiotemporal big data system. It uses domestic core technologies such as geographic coding, vector tiles, and fast 3D scene display to build a spatiotemporal big data cloud center, achieving dynamic synchronization updates of all-domain geographic information data and automatic integration and 3D visualization of multi-dimensional attributes of various spatiotemporal data. Based on domestic commercial cryptographic technology, the platform undergoes security upgrades, and demonstration applications such as smart natural resources and smart government affairs are developed, achieving application effects that are scalable and replicable.
