Key Technology Research and Application of Remote Maintenance Service System for Coal Mines
Abstract：To improve the management level of intelligent coal mine system maintenance, and to solve the problem that existing remote maintenance systems lack full-mine-level services, this paper adopts a local-cloud overall architecture and a multi-topic business architecture, integrating key technologies such as intelligent monitoring, intelligent diagnosis, and mobile remote maintenance. A remote maintenance service system for coal mines was constructed. The system has been implemented in a coal mine, realizing functions such as monitoring and management of comprehensive mining equipment, fault prediction, and diagnostic analysis. It achieves data synchronization between underground and ground maintenance centers, reduces labor costs, and improves the quality of equipment maintenance. The stability and effectiveness of the remote maintenance system have been verified.
