Abstract：Blood donation reaction is negative factors of career development of unpaid blood donation.There are some problems about the present situation of the management of blood donation reaction,such as the lack of enough attention,information is incomplete and not standardized,missing registration,etc. Recommended blood collection agencies to establish blood donation reaction information management program,to provide accurate and practical norms of blood donation reaction information,to improve the management level of blood donation reaction and the donor's service level,to provide accurate data for academic research,to promote the sustainable development of unpaid blood donors.
